Howspace is a SaaS platform for collaborative learning & development, and we're looking for a Swedish & English speaking Account Manager to build strong relationships with our mid-market and enterprise customers while acting as a trusted partner. With an NPS score in the excellent range of 50-69, our customers love the product - and your role will focus on driving upsell and expansion to deliver even more value.Here's what you can expect:

What will this role have ownership of?
- A portfolio of installed base customer accounts, ensuring upsell and expansion targets are met
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (HR, L&D, Transformation leaders C-level), aligning Howspace with their strategic initiatives
- Identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success and Product teams
- Applying the SPICED framework to map customer Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Events, and Decision-making across your accounts
- Maintaining accurate forecasts for upsells and expansions, leveraging mutual close plans
- Partnering with Marketing to generate customer stories, case studies, and references
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Customer Success to improve adoption and customer experience
- Proven track record in upsell and expansion sales in B2B Saas industry
- Solid consultative skills with ability to engage executives, uncover business drivers, and align to outcomes
- Excellent relationship management skills; ability to navigate complex organizations and build multi-stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with Winning by Design methodology and frameworks like SPICED
- Excellent forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene
- Curiosity, with data-driven and self-starter mindset to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with L&D and collaboration platforms is seen as a great advantage
- Typically requires 4-6 years of experience in Account Manager or Customer Success Manager roles within the Saas industry
- Fluent skills in Swedish and English; other languages are seen as a benefit
