We're looking for anAccess Network Project Managerto join us at Telia.

I'mTihomir Tomancek,Head of Access Network Project Management North, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused ondeveloping, maintaining, and expanding Telia's fiber network across northern Sweden.

What you'll do:

You will take end-to-end responsibility for developing and strengthening Telia's fiber network in defined geographical areas.

• Develop Telia's fiber network through strategic, proactive, and mandatory infrastructure changes
• Drive fiber expansion projects from technical design to commercial assessment
• Collaborate with municipalities, the Swedish Transport Administration, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage existing infrastructure, acquisitions, and larger maintenance initiatives
  

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a self-driven and business-oriented professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder collaboration.

• Proven experience in fiber network design, planning, or deployment
• Strong knowledge of project management and network infrastructure
• Ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English (Swedish is highly beneficial)
