Post doc in Sustainable Development at Misum, Stockholm School of Economics The Mistra Center for Sustainable Markets (Misum) at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) invites applications for a two-year Post Doc position. The position is within the Human Capital and Sustainable Development platform and is targeted towards economists working in the broadly defined area of sustainable development. This includes, but is not limited to, fields such as development economics, environmental economics, and health economics. The post-doctoral researcher will be in primary control of their research agenda, as Principal Investigator, within the broad themes covered in the center. While there may be the opportunity to join projects with other affiliated researchers, there is no obligation to do so. There are also opportunities to connect with external stakeholders for collaborative projects to the extent required by the Post Doc. Moreover, there are no teaching obligations for this position, but the Post Doc can choose to teach or supervise students in the Economics Department. The Post Doc will be affiliated with the Department of Economics at Stockholm School of Economics. Employment starts (unless otherwise agreed) on September 1, 2021, and candidates should expect to complete their PhD by end of June 2021. Salary: 40 000 SEK per month (before tax). Funding opportunities are available within Misum for individual research projects focused on sustainable development.
