Your Team
As a member of Avaloq’s global design team you will become a part of a talented and highly motivated group of designers, product managers, product owners, and engineers that are responsible for shaping Avaloq’s product offering. You will play an integral role in this process by ensuring a design driven and human centered innovation and development approach leading to solutions that re-envisage our users’ financial experience.

Your Mission

•Identify opportunities together with clients to improve the end user experience across various touchpoints in their lifecycle and translate those opportunities into new user journeys
•Run design thinking workshops with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage project delivery
•Understand and advocate for Avaloq users’ wants, needs and pain points
•Perform user/customer research and identify new areas for innovation
•Drive UX research initiatives to assist in product definition and direction
•Support with sales initiatives on current product offerings or potential new ideas
•Work together with multiple internal stakeholders to grow awareness of human-centricity and support innovation initiatives

Required profile:

What you need

•Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of Service/ Business Design and/or UX Research with proven expertise in Design Thinking and Human Centred Design
•Knowledge of existing and emerging Service Design and UX Research tools and methods and ability to lead cross functional teams in design sprints
•Experience in running online and offline design thinking workshops in English and German
•Ability to communicate with clients and other stakeholders on design methodologies and artefacts
•Proficient in using design and collaboration tools such as Miro and Figma.
