About the role Our IT operations team is currently expanding, and we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager! You will be a part of IT and your stakeholders will be all over the organization. As Service Delivery Manager for the Digital 365 Workplace you are responsible for the day-to-day operations. You will work with the IT workplace and End User Computing environment, with specific focus on end-to-end management of the M365 - Client Service Stack - as well as Lifecycle management for all client related services such as computers and related software. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: IT Workplace - Main responsibility will be to maintain and develop the roadmap for our IT Workplace - Ensure the lifecycle management for client services such as computers and related software - Update, develop and follow up processes/routines - Act as an advisor for both hardware and software issues and collaborate with our outsourcing providers within IT Workplace services - Be 2nd line support for IT Workplace and escalated incident to 3rd parties (supplier/vendors) - Update and maintenance of our asset register for IT accessories (computer, phone, screen, accessories) IT Workplace Security - Perform yearly penetration testing and secure that findings are managed/solved properly - Development countermeasures for identified security vulnerabilities and work closely with managed service providers to facilitate remediation of current open vulnerabilities and potential backlog vulnerabilities - Participate in IT Workplace projects and delivery services to balance security requirements with operations efficiency - Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities surrounding IT Workplace security operations - Act as a team member in other IT security related initiatives with the IT Department IT Workplace - M365 - Responsible for the virtual M365 team and drive the roadmap for 365 within IT Workplace - Stay current and maintain a superior knowledge of Office 365 services and strategies. - Troubleshooting as a 2nd line support O365 services together with vendor and ensure effective operational and support routines. - Coordinate 365 changes related lifecycle and be part of our Lifecycle 365 Management team - Establish best practices to maintain the stability of the Office 365 services and perform periodic checks and establish KPI: s to ensure quality and functionality is maintained - Define ant gather data and report metrics that describe the state of the M365 portfolio. - Create a training and implement adoption program for new technologies and applications. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other technical teams to ensure effective collaboration needed to support Office 365 initiatives and ensure the stability of the services. - Stay current and maintain a superior knowledge of Office 365 services and strategies. - Assess and ensure security and compliance requirements of Office 365 services are met. Your Profile To thrive and succeed in the role you are an experienced professional and easy understand and have demonstrable working experience of Microsoft 365 Products and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace Technologies. A solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 Services inc. Teams, Exchange, SharePoint online etc and Experience in operating, managing, or supporting and enterprise M365 service. Understand the product eco system under Microsoft 365 Experience of migration from legacy technologies and promoting the adoption of new services such as Microsoft Cloud solutions and understanding of the Microsoft 365 licensing model You deliver with high quality and ensuring exceptional customer services.
