Right now we’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter, who’ll be part of setting the foundation for the growth of Mathem as a tech company, so we can be at the utmost forefront in using technology to make our customer's lives a lot more convenient. This is the position for you who want to drive us through our scale-up phase to being one of the most successful tech companies in Sweden! This is what you’ll do As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you’ll be part of the HR team, and working closely with stakeholders from Mathem’s tech organization within Product, Development, Data, and IT Ops. You and your closest Tech Recruiter colleague will be responsible for the recruitment goals of the tech organization, as well as setting the recruitment strategy and raising the bar for attracting, recruiting, and keeping the best talent there is. You’ll be part of building a tech organization that’s scaling up rapidly. We’ll provide you with a modern set of recruitment tools and the opportunity to apply your knowledge within tech recruitment. This gives you a great opportunity to initiate and drive your ideas into reality to improve our recruitment and employer branding strategy. More in detail, the responsibilities include: • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition to Mathem’s Tech teams • Building strong candidate networks through active sourcing, both short and long term • Stakeholder management and maintaining several candidate pipelines • Developing efficient tech recruitment processes and ensuring the market’s best candidate experience • Initiating and driving employer branding activities and strategies with our communication and branding teams To be successful, we believe you have: • 3-4 + years experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, working in-house or from an agency, preferably in a highly scalable environment. • A university degree in a related field • Solid expertise in candidate sourcing, using boolean searches and tools like LinkedIn/Github/Stackoverflow/AmazingHiring to attract top talents • Experience recruiting both software engineering and product roles • Top-notch stakeholder management skills & strategic process planning • Experience working with an ATS, like Teamtailor/Lever/Greenhouse • Living in or nearby the Stockholm area and fluent in both Swedish and English What are some nice to haves? • Experience using our sourcing tool AmazingHiring • Experience in one or more of the following areas; people analytics, onboarding process, interview training, compensation & benefits, people & leadership development, diversity & international recruiting As a person, we believe you like getting things done, and are not shy of creating and managing good structures or projects to secure this. You’re communicative, curious, and probably the person who can’t resist doing a google query when you bump into a concept you don’t understand. You’re creative in finding candidates as well as new ways to make Mathem visible as an attractive tech company. Furthermore, you’re a person thriving in an environment with some ambiguities; all the processes aren't in place, but there are really great opportunities to influence! We put a lot of emphasis on personal competencies so you may very well compensate for the lack of some of the above-mentioned criteria.
