Working as a Business Analyst and participating in SEB's International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.

In your role in Transaction Services Enabling Functions, you will contribute to the investigation and analysis of business requirements and global offering to customers. You will be part of a skilled and flexible team primarily working in an early stage of different initiatives that will contribute to the transformational agenda at SEB, Transaction Services.

Transaction Services is partnering up with customers to enable them to sell more and run their businesses in the most efficient way. Transaction Services has a strong advisory approach and provides the customers with world class services in Cash Management and Trade & Receivable Finance. In your role as a Business Analyst you will support the team with hands on pre-studies and analysis requirements. You will be part of the global Enabling Functions team consisting of Business Analysts, Transformation Managers, Risk Managers and Regulatory Readiness.

You will also be involved in cross divisional SEB projects and initiatives. Therefore, you will have numerous contacts with internal stakeholders and co-work in an international and fast-paced environment with the goal to identify and accelerate processes and drive business readiness.

Your required skills

We are looking for you with passion for business and a changing environment. We like you to challenge us, now and for the future. Also, we ask for this:
  • An academic degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Behaviour Science or equivalent
  • You are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
It is a plus if you have experience leading projects, working with customer service or other service areas and studying or working abroad.

You should be a person who enjoys working together with others and collaborating to reach the best solutions. Furthermore, you take responsibility for your own actions and decisions, which goes hand in hand with the self-leadership culture in this organisation. Therefore, you need to thrive in a flexible and business-oriented environment and act on your own initiative. Since you will analyse and develop processes to reach business readiness, you need to have an open mindset and produce fresh ideas as well as drive an issue from idea to concrete actions.
