Working as a Business Analyst and participating in SEB's International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.

In your role as a Business Analyst within Private Banking Customer Journey & Transformation you will work to identify and drive business and transformation needs. In order to meet the Private Banking customers´ current and future needs you will be part of developing SEB's Private Banking offering and business setup. As a Business Analyst, you will work in an international dynamic environment across all parts of SEB, including the international sites. You will work at our office on Kungsträdgården in Stockholm.

Customer Journey &Transformation within Global Private Banking is an exciting area mainly focused on identifying and driving the business and transformational agenda to enhance the SEB experience for our high-net-worth customers. Customer Journey &Transformation was created recently to support the realisation of the strategic business plan for Private Banking. You will together with Carl-Filip, Head of Customer Journey &Transformation, work in close collaboration with Business Development and the Private Banking coverage and product teams.

In your position as a Business Analyst, you will among many things work with insights from customers, employees and data analytics in identifying, coordinating and driving development and transformational needs with the overall ambition to create customer value for all Private Banking customers. Your contribution as a trainee in this context will be driving your own initiatives by analysing the behavior of specific customer types to reach insights and deeper understanding that will bring conclusions in strengthening the customer experience. In the role as a Business Analyst, you will for example facilitate workshops with stakeholders to achieve insights and drive transformation. This role involves contacts with the international sites, different departments and management teams within SEB.

Your required skills

We are looking for you with passion for business and a changing environment. We like you to challenge us, now and for the future. Also, we ask for this:
  • An academic degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Behaviour Science or equivalent
  • You are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
It is a plus if you have experience leading projects, working with customer service or other service areas and studying or working abroad.

Since you will work in a developing role, you should be curious and eager to learn, look for new solutions and enjoys working with change. You should also have good social skills, get along with others, enjoy getting involved and take responsibility for your assignments.
