About the role Our customer are now looking for a substitute receptionist / office coordinator for the head office in north of Stockholm. The role requires a high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including employees, parents and other external stakeholders. The receptionist is often the first point of contact, so you must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in person, on the phone and via email. The role is integral in creating a warm and welcoming office environment. Several tasks recur on a daily / weekly basis, but often it is a matter of finding quick solutions to tasks and situations that arise "ad hoc". Tasks include: Reception • Switchboard • Customer information and administration around new school email • Contact with our customers schools and parents • Handling visitors / deliveries to the office Office administration • Responsible for procurement of office material • First point of contact for landlord and office suppliers • Ensure that the office is neat and functional • Mail handling • Set up meeting rooms What are we looking for We expect that you have experience of customer service and administration. You are positive, flexible, and proactive, with a "can-do" attitude. You have strong verbal and written communications skills in both Swedish and English. You enjoy being organised and taking responsibility for your own tasks. You are service-minded and find satisfaction in helping others. A driving licence and car is a requirement for this position. The service is part of our consulting business, which means that you are employed by Jurek recruitment and staffing but work for our client in their pleasant premises north of Stockholm. The service is expected to start immediately and last until the last of march next year. For the right candidate, there are chances for extension.
