Background
The Global Outbound and Export Process is part of Scania Logistics. We have the responsibility to secure that our customers, no matter their location on the globe, receive their products on time through a multi modal, efficient and sustainable network. Being the ones handing over the Scania products to our customers, we are operating in the dynamic interfaces within the whole Order to Delivery process.

Job description
We offer a job in an international environment with multiple interfaces, both internally and externally. Logistics has an impact on almost all of Scania´s core processes and you will be a key player when it comes to shaping the future of Scania Logistics.

As a project manager within our organization you will take on challenges both within the Outbound and Export area developing our processes, to be prepared to meet Scania’s future strategies and goals but also within the Logistics Cross-Brand program, which is a matrix organization responsible for the logistics cooperation within the TRATON Group. Here you will support, steer and lead the whole Logistics organization at Scania in its transformation, to get Cross-Brand integrated as part of the standardized way of working or project manage common products and processes within the Group. You will for example work with projects together with Navistar and MAN where you in cross functional teams identify synergies and implement them.

Your profile
We believe that you have a University degree within logistics or similar. Work experience within the Order to Delivery process at Scania connected to development as well as knowledge and proven skills within project management including change management. You need to be engaged, structured and communicative and have a talent for connecting with new people in this position. You also need to feel confident and be able to cooperate efficiently in a multicultural environment.
