We are looking to strengthen our department with a new colleague in the position as Production Engineer

/Project Leader at the Manufacturing Engineering department. As a Production Engineer and Project Leader you will work with the development and improvement off our production equipment, facility and production systems together with our team at Manufacturing Engineering.

We also expect you to take the responsibility as a Project Leader for development and capacity expansion projects which includes both mechanical and electrical design, assembly, commissioning and documentations. Ensuring that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget by planning, coordinating and executing the project plan. The project leader role does also may include membership in core teams for product development projects, representing the Manufacturing engineering and Operations part in a full cross functional team.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include

  • Lead and drive projects regarding new manufacturing equipment and improvements to existing equipment.
  • Represent production as a core team member for NPD projects
  • Work in a multi-discipline environment to achieve an on-time project completion
  • Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements
  • Risk assessments and validation
  • Set requirements and specifications and Commissioning of new equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor in Engineering in relevant field or similar.

  • 1-5 years experience as project leader
  • Education in or work experience from mechatronics, automation, polymer technology or injection molding
  • Experience from commissioning equipment.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, related codes, and standards
  • Broad technical skills/interest within machine/process development
  • Good communications skills
  • Proficiency with personal computer applications, required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
