Cybersecurity – including both Information and IT Security - is an essential element, always present in execution of our mission and innovation efforts. The capabilities s and competencies within the IT Security team are, and will be, key for reaching our goals and ambitions. So, we are now looking for additional team members in positions as Security Operations Center Analyst, IT Security Architect, IT Security Governance Manager and OT Security Manager. These roles together with the Product Security Manager will join us on our journey to build the best Cybersecurity team. Your mission The mission for the Product Security Manager is to work with product owners and customer teams to understand the solutions and provide help, advice and guidance for secure development, secure coding practices, hardening of systems, vulnerability and code scanning and utilization of digital identities and authentication mechanisms to enable a world class, cybersecure product portfolio at Epiroc. In this role you will report to our Global IT Security Manager and will also work closely with different Product Owners. Some of the responsibilities you will have as a Product Security Manager: * Together with Product Owners establish and define a security framework including a roadmap for Epiroc´s connected products and services * Work closely with engineering teams to build secure products and services by sharing best practices * Perform and/or supervise vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments for our connected products and services * Maintain and oversee relevant product security certifications and compliance accreditations * Develop and maintain clear documentation of processes and policies in relation to Product Security * Identify and oversee the usage and implementation of solutions and tools for supporting adequate and efficient product security development Your profile For this role we are looking for you who have in-depth knowledge of IT architecture and security management. You have broad understanding of cybersecurity best practices and proven experience with implementation of different IT security solutions. You need to have solid understanding of Identity and Access Management principals. Knowledge of host hardening, auditing, logging and monitoring, network security, SIEM deployments, security analytics, anomaly detections and PKI. Broad market understanding of industry trends for cybersecurity, risk  & threat intelligence and governance. Because this is a role in a global team, you need to have really good verbal and written English skills. As for your personal skills we are looking for someone who is goal orientated, fast learner and eager to learn along the way. You are able to adopt new technologies and tools when needed, open-minded to enjoy intellectual sparring and knowledge sharing. You have an analytical and structured approach to problem solving, empathic with a respectful attitude towards others, and not afraid asking questions and dare to develop you and others by welcome new ways of thinking.
