The Company: Food Folk – McDonald's in the Nordics Food Folk has only existed since April 2017, but everybody knows the brand that Food Folk owns the rights to. The brand is the worldwide company and brand, McDonald's. As a Development Licensee Partner Food Folk owns over 430 McDonald's restaurants in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland with local offices and in total 20 000 employees working in the system. McDonald's is a franchise business and we work closely with the restaurant owners to create 'Feel Good Moment' for our many customers. Finally yet importantly, McDonald's is a 'Fun Loving Brand' and so is Food Folk. The Role: As the new Supply Chain Analyst, you will monitor and report on departmental KPI's. To do this, you are also expected to develop the necessary tools & reports to control spend data and to facilitate efficient category & supplier management. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Director and is expected to manage both internal- and external stakeholder through all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: *Monitor & report on KPIs *Sourcing & promotional *Quality & sustainability *Monitor supplier's financial health *Run cross category analysis of spend & SKU *Collaborate with CBI (consumer business insights) to follow up and improve forecast accuracy *Engage with Nordic Finance with budget preparation & follow up *Super user of SC tools and processes *Drive Nordic risk management, RM & currency hedging Your experience & qualifications: To be successful in the role, you have high analytical skills and are used to work with large amount of data. You take pride in independently providing qualitative reports and analysis to be used as a base for business decisions. You know your way around various systems and tools and is a fast learner. In addition to this, you have the following qualifications: *MSc or BSc in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain *2-3 years of experience within Supply Chain, Finance and/or sales support *Experience in analysing KPI's and cost drivers *Excellent skills in Excel *A customer service mindset *Excellent English & skilled in at least one Nordic language *Ability to travel when required (2 days / month) McDonald's is collaborating with Nigel Wright Group for this recruitment.
