Main Mission: Ensure products and services meet customer requirements and drive continuous quality improvement.

Scope:

• Ensuring Quality Excellence of Offers and Supply Chain
• Timely management of customer containment actions
• Implementing prevention actions to avoid recurrent issues

Main Assignments:

• Oversee the Quality of one or several sectors
• Ensure Process Control Plan compliance and lead audits
• Create and maintain quality control documentation
• Lead continuous improvement and containment actions
• Be a member of Short Interval Management (SIM)
• Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution
• Address gaps and non-compliance to suppliers
