About PDU Converged Core PDU Converged Core (PDU CC) is part of Solution Area Communication Services in Business Area Digital Services. The key offering under PDU CC is IMS which is the central part of VoLTE and also the base for 5G Voice. Currently we are evolving our IMS portfolio into cloud native. The PDU has around 1000 employees globally and an additional 300 staff at suppliers. Apart from being a market leader in IMS, the PDU is also developing new offerings related to Enterprise, Entitlement and Device security in collaboration with partners such as Apple, Samsung and Google.​ We are now looking for an experienced leader to head the unit Support with in the unit Solution Test & Support.​ Job description Solution Test & Suport is an exciting place to be with international teams spread on different continents. In test we verify various solutions in various aspects in the IMS and VoLTE space. E.g. VoLTE E2E FT, UE IODT, E2E Service Perforamance, IMS characteristics, IMS O&M. In support we ensure smooth deployments of our solutions as well as support of them. With the unique collection of test and support responsibilities we can take a leading role in our PDU for a strong holistic solution view, enabling success of our product and solutions. We are looking for a leader who wants to take an active role in driving our support team in EAB, with high energy and strong business focus. IMS support consist of support teams in EAB, Hungary, Montreal and China and you will have the opportunity to work together with the managers of those teams to create a strong global support to serve our customers. In this position, you will be a member of the units leadership team and take lead for the unit responsible for Support in EAB. This position will report to head of Solution Test & Support and be member of the Leadership Team. The unit will act proactively in the customer interface and as leader you will make room for innovation and influence the product improvement scope, providing knowledge about KPIs and customer feedback. The unit shall work in close collaboration with all teams in development units, and with Technology & Evolution to build in quality in the products and to build and maintain a strong and influential network towards the SA COS Services organizations to secure synchronized product deployment and service delivery activities. The shift ahead towards CN IMS solutions will be a very interesting and key change journey where competences, ways of working and much more will be challenged and different. Qualifications Experience of working in support, with a customer focus and knowledge of the support process to develop teams, individuals and organizations. Experience in working with customers, in customer unit, Region or within customer support. Business and customer focused with a strong result orientation. Strong leadership and coaching skills in line with Ericsson core values. Strong knowledge and experience in R&D, including lean and agile principles and practicies. Ability to collaborate across organizational borders and in multinational environment. Strong communication skills. Good English language skills in both writing and conversation.
