Job description:

Job Purpose:

*The Technical Sales and Account Management team
(TSA) - is the mirror organization of the Commercial Account team. Its role is to secure the channel by representing Sony in Mobile Portfolio and Product presentations, be highly knowledgeable about our products and what can be done with them, to understand the customer's requirements and to secure that Sony is meeting those.
  • The TSA teams own and manage the product delivery projects, ensuring product configuration (HW and SW) as per agreed Customer technical specifications, securing timely approval of the same, and securing technical acceptance of the product through working closely with the customer in their technical acceptance process (Customer Acceptance, CA).
  • Technical Sales and Account Management - NOBA is responsible to manage the launch execution, the quality dialogue, the co-ordination of the technical dialogue and to provide technical sell in of the Sony mobile products portfolio towards NOBA Customer
  • Launch Execution Manager (LEM)
is responsible to manage the mobiles portfolio launch execution in a timely manner

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the Delivery Projects. Secure schedule, deliverables and the dialogue with the Orange Delivery Manager to achieve a timely launch
  • Being a local TSA representative towards the Customer and our local Sales Account. Provide local support to Operator Partners and act as interface towards Delivery, Technology and Quality Teams. Support the Sony Account team with technical sell in and Delivery status.
  • Representing Operator Partners and driving their requirements into internal interfaces and departments, e.g. Development.
  • Providing technical sell in support with demonstrations or portfolio presentations as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum Education: Post-Secondary Education (University Degree - BS or BA)
  • Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 3-5 years
