Junior Sales Assistant/Representative (Part-Time)

As we expand, we’re seeking a Junior Sales Assistant/Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone starting out in sales who is enthusiastic about building relationships, organizing events, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and research, focusing on high-profile clients, managers, and brokers.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and educational institutions to expand our network and business reach.
- PR and Social Events: Assist in planning, organizing, and attending PR events, social gatherings, and industry conferences to promote our services and products.
- Sales Support: Help position our IT consultants in roles with client companies by building connections and finding leads.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities for our cybersecurity software and tech courses, targeting new and existing clients.
- Client Acquisition: Support efforts to attract new clients for our IT consulting services, software solutions, and tech training programs.
- Localization and Translations: Support the localization and translation of internal and external ads, documents, and website content from English to Swedish, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the company's tone of voice.
Who You Are:
- Aspiring Sales Professional: You have a strong interest in sales and are eager to develop your skills in a junior role with room to grow.
- People-Oriented: You enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and are comfortable engaging with high-profile clients and industry professionals.
- Event Enthusiast: You have a passion for PR, social events, and networking, and can assist in organizing events that promote our brand.
- Proactive and Motivated: You take initiative, are eager to learn, and can manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Good Communicator: Fluent in Swedish with good English skills. You are confident in communicating with clients and partners, both in writing and in person.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in sales, PR, event coordination, or translation work is a plus.
- Proactive and Driven: You are self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals, and you are eager to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
- Professional manner and knows how to liase with high profile clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building professional relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in Swedish is required; good proficiency in English is essential.
