This is a temporary assignment via Novare Interim & Recruitment during an ongoing recruitment process.   This is what you will do   In the position as CFO Assistant your main responsibility will be to support the Group CFO at the Lantmännen Group. This is a unique opportunity to work at the very core of our diverse and international company. In the role, you will work with a variety of tasks of both supporting and administrative nature, but you will also have the possibility to take responsibility for and drive your own projects within the finance area. If you want a position where you get both responsibility and a large dose of freedom at problem solving, this is will be an excellent match.   In this role, you will be working with the planning and scheduling of meetings, preparing presentations and reports, arranging travel and other administrative tasks such as invoicing, travel expenses and contract management. You will also have a central role in arranging different fora, such as the Finance Management Team at Group functions and the company’s Finance Leadership Team, involving finance leaders across our entire organization. Through this, you will get unique insights in our different business within our entire value chain, from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, food and real estate. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for managing processes for the entire Finance function, including leading editor for the functions information on the intranet, as well as arranging events and activities.   The position and assignment is located at Lantmännen Head office in Stockholm and you will be part of a dedicated group of Executive Assistants within the Lantmännen Group, and report directly to the Group CFO.   This is what you need to succeed   You have:   • Several years of experience from working in a role as executive- or CFO assistant where you have been supporting within the finance area. • Skills in project management and experience from working in an international environment towards different stakeholders. • Great skills in preparing presentations and communications. • Good knowledge and experience from Microsoft Office and other digital tools and platforms. We see great value in you having an interest in digital development. • Relevant studies in business, finance or similar, are considered a plus. • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Additional languages are of advantage.   You are:   • A person with a high energy level and drive. You take ownership for all aspects of your delivery and can drive your own work forward. • Trustworthy, communicative with strong collaboration skills. You can adjust your style and delivery to various audiences. • Strong in organizing and prioritizing your work and with an ability to handle multiple assignments. • Curious and innovative.
