Your mission Your mission would be to develop and execute the People and Leadership and Communications strategy and action plan for the Supply Chain organization on a global level. The position reports to the Vice President Supply Chain and is part of the Supply Chain Management Team. Our mission is to make Supply Chain a competitive advantage and drive profitable aftermarket growth.  As this is a true global organization, the position will work in close collaboration with the local HR departments to ensure local implementation and alignment. The role The core responsibilities and expectations in this role is to drive a clear People and Leadership agenda that is in the forefront of the organization. Together with the management team you will secure that the Supply Chain Organization attract, retain and develop the best talents to build high performing teams. You will support the VP Supply Chain and the Management team with organizational decisions and implementation as well as drive and coordinate globally initiated Change Management activities. In addition to this we expect you to identify and drive activities with the aim to strengthen the leadership and to make secure Supply Chain Organization has leaders who actively work with People Management in order to create lasting results. Another important part of this role is to ensure that the Supply Chain Organization has a strong pipeline of internal high performing talents, and motivated to develop into new roles within the company. It´s also your responsibility to ensure that the Supply Chain Organization has a lean and agile organizational design with the skills needed now and in the future.  Example of other responsibilities in this role:   Drive clear training and communication strategy and secure execution and implementation throughout the full organization. Drive and coordinate communications and trainings strategies based on change impact and needs analysis Drive and coordinate globally initiated Change Management activities  Coach and drive local change impact assessments as well as development, execution, and update of local change plans Set and drive compensation and benefit strategy in alignment with the local HR-teams Your Profile We see that you have University degree within Human Resources or Organizational Management, or similar. You have experience of leading/working in a Global Human Resources function creating tangible business results. You are used to work in an international business context with international business networks. Experience from communications and change management as well as experience from project management is needed.   You have strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.  Personal skills are very important in this recruitment. Our candidate is a dynamic person with strong interpersonal and leadership skills who has the ability to navigate in complex international organizational and structure.  Since this is a role with frequent interactions with different stakeholders you need to be openminded, have a positive attitude and understand the importance of networking and collaboration. Together with local HR functions your mission is to drive HR with a commercial, practical, and pragmatic approach. The key for success in this role is collaboration and communication.
