We’re now looking for a highly motivated professional to join us as Global Change Leader – someone who is both ready and eager to lead our digitalization journey as part of the global transformation programs included in our Supply 2025 strategy. You will define the next generation of the T4.0 program; involving both the upgrade and execution of the digital strategy within our supply, as well as the implementation of current lean initiatives. The job

As Global Change Leader, you’re responsible for executing the strategy for both the Digital Transformation and the Lean Production System within our global supply. You have solid experience and understanding of shop-floor daily operations and you have developed a trained eye to spot improvement opportunities and waste elimination. You master operational excellence and project management principles, tools and methods. You have also had previous exposure to digital journeys within operations, and are truly passionate about it.

You’re a natural leader and a positive force of nature – execution driven and hands-on, and you act as a change ambassador, as well as a coach and content sparring partner for the organization. With a high level of trust and engagement, you collaborate and network with key stakeholders during the implementation of the strategy.

You support our sites in defining and executing solutions that brings bottom line tangible impact. As you’re a part of a global team consisting of program leaders, it’s also important that you can adapt your skills and knowledge into different organization levels, functions and geographies within supply.

In this position, you have a regional responsibility for driving digitalization and change in our supply operations in Europe for a specific business area, and this means that you’re preferably located at one of our European offices. Some travel is normally included in your job.

About you

It’s key that you have experience from working close to production, and with supply, to genuinely understand production challenges and possibilities, and you combine this with strong skills in change management and indirect leadership. Previous exposure to digital transformations is strongly recommended together with previous experience from management consulting in operations and implementation. You also hold a M.Sc. in Engineering or Data Science, or the equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. Since we act in a global setting, you have open mind and cultural awareness, and you’re fluent in both written and verbal English. A second European language between German and Swedish is a plus.
