The Finance Business Partner is responsible for driving business performance targets and key performance indicators. The role works closely with sales and marketing leaders to track and improve core growth and profitability of sales efforts.

This position is part of the Finance Department located in Ängelholm, Sweden and will be hybrid. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform analysis of sales by geography and product. Run-rate monitoring, develop metric to better understand customer behavior (churn, acquisition, demographics, etc.)
  • Provide valuable insights and play an advisory role to key business stakeholders (sales and marketing leaders) including to monitor and report on business KPIs
  • Controlling and forecasting of cost of selling, focus on expenses for sales and marketing.
  • Lead and prepare annual budget for sales and marketing, coordinating with functional leaders and providing necessary insights and analysis to support decision making in the process
  • Bring efficiencies to the sales forecasting process

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • MSc or Bsc in Finance
  • 2+ years work experience as Finance Business Partner
  • 2+ years of experience in controlling or similar
  • Good communicator both verbally and in writing in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Relevant ERP and Financial consolidation software experience desirable as well as experience from BI-tools
  • Good communicator both verbally and in writing in a Scandinavian Language
  • Involvement in commercial activities or business strategy is an advantage
