What you'll do
As our Executive Assistant, you will report directly to our Country Director. You will play a vital part in everything from organizing meetings and major events, to keeping up with documentation and internal communication. As part of the role you will also support our Communications Manager with both administrative tasks and producing material to both our stores and support office.
Overall your job responsibilities will be:
As our Executive Assistant you are an expert in organizing and creating a structure for meetings and groups. You are able to see both the big picture and work in details. As a project manager for our larger meetings and events, it is important that you have the ability to both plan carefully and be flexible in order to solve unexpected situations. The role requires an individual who has a great understanding of stakeholder management, and communicates Swedish and English fluently in order to ensure consistent coordination and planning.

As our Executive Assistant, you will report directly to our Country Director. As part of the role you will also support our Communications Manager with both administrative tasks and producing material to both our stores and support office.
Overall your job responsibilities will be:
- Organize and arrange staff and individual meetings hereunder manage the associated documentation.
- Be main responsible for organizing large events including venue booking, invitations, plan content and being the contact person for the event agency.
- Support Country Director and management team in translating, editing and publishing documents on our internal intranet.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Country Director and management team as required.
- Support the Communication Manager with communication related administrative tasks as well as producing internal communications towards the partners, stores, and support office.

In addition to the above personal requirements, the following professional requirements should also be accommodated:
- A minimum of 5-10 years hands-on experience in a similar position working with administration/project management/ communication
- An appropriate knowledge in PowerPoint including several years' experience in creating strong, professional, and creative PowerPoint presentations.
