The DuraSense® product family is suitable for a wide range of applications from consumer goods to industrial applications for manufacturing by injection moulding, extrusion, or 3D printing. Tasks The purpose of this position is to build and manage a distribution network of Biocomposites granules, create and own an overall strategy on expanding Biocomposites sales through agents & distributors, as well as create and own the agent and distributor agreements and legal framework. You will also take the responsibility to manage yourself and coordinate the sales operations to ensure that budget, targets and activities are carried out in accordance with expectations. Your main tasks will be to: • Understand and be up to date on general market news, product features, USPs etc. • Understand and be up to date on both internal and external tools for efficient sales • Speak when the opportunity is given, to build interest in the portfolio • Work systematically with CRM and follow up that identified leads are turned into meetings and sales • Own and develop the workflow structure and an efficient sales process • Together with sales team develop sales strategies for different regions and customer segments • Promote and develop strong customer account collaboration between the business and other sales team within Stora Enso • Coordinate information flow between distribution partners and internal stakeholders • Be the main contact for agents and distributors on both financial and technical questions. • Participate in fairs and exhibitions where Stora Enso Biocomposites are exhibiting • Plan and lead the trainings for distributor as well as the annual meetings with distributors. · Act in accordance with Stora Enso code of conduct and department safety standards This position requires readiness for approximately 40 international business travel days per year, as well as a minimum of 5 days a month in Hyltebruk. Requirements To thrive in this role, you have a master’s degree in an area directly supporting the main responsibilities, such as chemistry, mechanics or materials, combined with 3+ years of relevant experience from customer interaction and polymer/compounds or similar products. It is a merit if you have experience from working in technical sales or technical support roles. You are skilled in SAP and CRM. You are proficient in both English and Swedish, and Mandarin language skills are considered a plus. You have basic financial understanding with ability to calculate customer profitability, as well as an understanding of price mechanisms. As a person, you are a team player with a positive attitude, have the ability to work focused with priority and speed, and work proactively and result-oriented, as well as willing to take initiative. You can both help to solve day to day issues as well as making steps to reach larger picture and are pragmatic to make things work in reality. You communicate easily in all types of situations and make people feel listened to. Moreover, you possess confidence in discussions and negotiations, and can build trust and openness with our customers. Lastly, you have strong presentation skills and storytelling capabilities.
