About our R&D – Safe Vehicle Automation, Solution Support Our team in Solution Support consists of around 15 experienced leaders with a variety of tasks. Our overall mission is to optimize the use of the new platform SPA2 for Autonomous Drive, controlling the vehicles 6 degrees of freedom and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems by delivering world-class Pilot Assist, vehicle energy & motion control and a remarkable Autonomous Driving customer experience. Our objective in Solution Support is to add focus on continuously improving business operations and customer satisfaction. We are responsible for driving initiatives across the solution and drive coordination of our technical solutions with external partners such as Polestar Geely, Lotus LEVC, and Zenseact. We are taking the lead in setting the strategic business plan/roadmap for our solution, driving the launch plan and hold interface to Plants NML´s and VPLs. We create clarity around how our products are perceived by our customers and collect defects from customers and drive resolution. We are looking for: You will be part of  the department leadership team and will have an important role in our ability to deliver as a Solution. As a leader for this team, you work close to the Solution Team and the different Departments/Arts to lead your areas, but also to understand and define where additional support is required. It will be your responsibility to lead aligned with the vision, although the different tasks may not overlap with each other. Your purpose and such as the purpose of the team, will be to pro-actively and in close collaboration with other departments work out the best support needed within SVA, in order to have a well-working solution on high-level. Release management and support will also be integrated and become a vital part within the organization. Release management is newly formed at solution level and will be one of the first strategic directions defined by the new Director. As a leader, you must be good at leading experienced colleagues and leaders in their own rights, finding a common agenda and vision, although the different tasks may not overlap with each other. As a person, you are leaning forward, collaborative, pro-active, and want to contribute to a larger purpose.
