Here you will be an important part of our business and business development. You will work together with competent colleagues in an exciting industry where things change constantly. As a Digital Analyst, your main area of responsibility is to continuously develop and improve the Online Business through insights and web analytics. You identify business potentials and work proactively to identify and recommend tactical and strategic actions that promote positive development within Online. Your goal is to contribute to increasing sales, profitability and customer by enabling data driven decisions and strengthen customer focus within both the working group and Kappahl's total commercial operations. Your profile You are a sharp and experienced analyst who, through qualitative & quantitative data, constantly proposes improvements in the field. You should be used to working with Google Analytics, Google TAG Manager, A/B-testing, conversion and SEO optimization. It is also a merit if you are used to Optimizely, Power BI, Data Studio, Contentsquare, Javascript, SQL and CSS. You keep up with the changes and trends of the outside world and are good at interpreting and transferring what you see to improvements within your area of responsibility. You have relevant education, or you have acquired equivalent skills from your work experience. We see that you have been working in similar roles for a few years, preferably in retail. You communicate unhindered in Swedish and English. Experience is great, really, at the same time we believe that if you love what you do, passion and competence will come along the way.
