Customer Service Agent (Finnish, Swedish and English speaking) to Sigma Imaging Nordic
Come and join a newly started company with a fast pace team in the world of creative imaging in Photography and Video.
As a Customer Service Agent, your main responsibility is giving our customers the best service asn support experience possible. You will help end users and resellers with their orders, product advices, service and repairs.
A strong candidate for us has a distinctive sense for support, service, structure and accuracy. A will to deliver great customer service within our industry, be positive by nature and have a high energy level. You must speak and write Swedish and Finnish unopposed. You need to have an interest for technology, and it is beneficial if you have an interest for Photography and/or Video.
Responsibilities
Sigma Imaging Nordic is a newly started subsidiary of Sigma Corporation, Japan. Sigma develops, produces and sell high quality premium lenses and cameras for photography and video creatives. To ensure the highest quality, Sigma manufacture every single part at our own factories in Japan. We are based in a newly renovated office in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities
- Customer support via e-mail and telephone.
- Placing orders for resellers and end user's.
- Product advice for end users, both hobbyists as well as professionals.
- Be part of the service and support structure toards the end user and the resellers.
- Handle Service cases between end-uiser and service partner
- Deliver the best customer support in our field.
- Native speaking language level in Finnish and Swedish (speak and write) and very high-level English (speak and write). Other Nordic language skills will be considered a bonus.
- Strong technical interest and skills in general.
- Naturally strong in communication and structured.
- Interested in photography and/or video (considered a bonus).
- A positive and open mind set.
