The position reports into the Head of Campaigns & CRM will put you at the core of exploring the possibilities embedded in our new CRM platform and taking Pierce’s CRM capabilities to the next level in building an integrated CRM strategy in a multiple store and market environment going from a one size fits all to a more segmented and personalized customer experience. Key responsibilities: - Drive and manage the development of our CRM capabilities across stores and markets - Lead creation of newsletters campaigns and campaigns in other CRM channels - Design and implement customer programs to drive increased engagement and retention - Design and manage automated communication flows as well as implement A/B testing - Lead the CRM analysis feedback loop to learn and adjust as well as to provide insights across the organization - Coordinate with other parts of the marketing team as well as other functions in the group such as IT, category and translations to manage multi store and multi lingual campaigns - System manager and super user of the CRM tools including primary contact with the tools’ suppliers - 3-6 years of experience of shaping and executing a CRM strategy - A higher education (BSc or similar) - Documented success within CRM in a multi-channel environment - Experience with digital business models and working close to the tech team - Love data! Both to analyze but more importantly to use - Self-motivated with a high level of initiative - Excellent collaboration skills - Good MS Office skills - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - International experience and cross-cultural understanding is desirable - You might even have an interest in motorcycles, motocross and/or snowmobiles Pierce is the ecommerce company that has grown to become Europe’s biggest online retailer for gear and accessories within Motorcycles and Snowmobiles.
