Job description:

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to your assigned clinical project team. You are mainly supporting project members in Sweden but also Finland, Norway and possibly Denmark, as well as cooperating with the global team around the world. You work with a high attention to detail, reviewing documentation, coordinating project details, and maintaining data systems.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Reviews regulatory documents for proper content and processing
  • Performs File review of documents in electronic document management systems
  • Assists with the development/distribution of investigator site files
  • Disseminates study related information including updating trackers and maintenance of databases
Required profile:

The position is suitable:
  • As an entry level position to start your career in clinical research, i.e. a junior candidate with an academic degree who may grow into Remote Site Monitor or Clinical Research Associate roles, or
  • For an experienced candidate with a strong administrative background who may grow into a mentor and/ or a system specialist role
  • You may also explore opportunities within other groups, such as the study start up team.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree (in Life Science) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
General administrative experience preferably in clinical research administration

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude with effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team or independently, as required
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse project specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Flexibility to prioritise workload to meet changing project timelines with a customer focus
  • Fluency in Swedish and English

*Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office
