What you will do

As our new Business Development Coordinator, you will be part of developing the business of Nasdaq Clearing by chipping into work around the strategy, coordinating key initiatives, and assisting the management team with research, material, and presentation to support the business.

Ensures the competitiveness of existing products. Strengthens the sales effort by working with internal teams to define competitive market requirements and opportunities. Interacts with management in other areas in coordination and integration of products and services.

Depending on your drive and eagerness to learn you may be a part of the process for product pricing, packaging, and some revenue-generating assignments;

  • Supports the development team with conducting research, and provides material preparation and analysis to present a clear, focused concept for strategic consideration.
  • Participates in projects delivering insights to the market and business.
  • Analyzes improvements to the market.
  • Analyzes the development of the competitive and regulatory landscape and its impact on the business.

What We Expect

For this position, we will place great emphasis on your personality and desire to learn more.

  • You are currently studying a Master's or Bachelor's within Master of Science in Engineering, Industrial Economics or Business Administration or related subject area or/and equivalent work experience
  • You have a structured approach and attention to detail and are not satisfied until all detail is correct
  • You have strong communication skills and comfortably build rapport with decision-makers
  • You are proactive and always look to go above and beyond
  • You have a curiosity about the financial market
  • You are highly skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient English both written and spoken

It will be excellent if you have

  • Knowledge of capital markets and financial products
  • Proficient Swedish both written and spoken
  • Some working experience with research and analysis

The preferred start date is mid-June 2022 with a 6-month contract. This is a part-time position where we expect you to work 20 hours per week, there will be an opportunity to work more during summer.
