Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. Global Industrial Development (TE) is responsible for strengthening and developing Scania's joint expertise in production technology, quality and industrial IT. We are also responsible for the "Liasion Office" that secures Production & Logistics cooperation within TRATON. We work closely with other departments within P&L, as well as a large number of external partners, both at national and international level. We are in a very exciting phase, where we have many major projects and important activities within the next few years. TE consists of five departments and a lot of administrative support is required to our management organization. Saying as such, we are looking for an Office Assistant to TE which will be employed in TEE (Global Industrial Engineering), once the existing one is moving to another challenges. Your role / working area As an office assistant, you will have varied tasks and run a number of parallel activities. You have one of the most important roles for the business and management team to function. The role includes support for TE departments managers, as well as the employees within TEI, which includes, among others:  • Support the management team with: • Meeting arrangements (send calls, book venues, coffee breaks etc.) • Maintenance and updates in the office document list • Order of office supplies and other equipment as per managers and employee’s needs • Handling invoices in invoice system with right information prior to manager approval • Travel bookings • Maintenance of the meeting rooms, checking periodically equipment well-functioning; • Support office lay out execution (changes/improvements/maintenance) • Maintenance of the departments car Your profile The role places high demands on administrative competence and service. We would like you to have a distinct ability to handle many issues in parallel, we think you are flexible and have high integrity. This requires that you have a good social ability and enjoy a large network of contacts. You have previously worked in an administrative role and worked supportively towards the management team. Furthermore, we want you to have at least upper secondary education and several years of experience in administrative work. Of course, you master the MS Office package. You also have very good knowledge in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. We would like you to have Scania experience. Driver licence category B is mandatory.
