The Global Accounting Function is responsible to make sure that our client can handle all financial transactions in a way complying with the rules and regulations all over the world, as well as representing the accounting function in all different projects throughout the organization. They are now looking for a consultant to their Intercompany team - is that you?

The Intercompany team is a global team and responsible for commercial intercompany transactions in the group. The team is running the intercompany reconciliation supported by a system called ICR and all subsidiaries are assigned to the tool. The team is based in Stockholm, however, accountants from all subsidiaries have the responsibility to reconcile its own intercompany transactions.

Arbetsuppgifter
The role as an Accountant within AR at our client comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.
You will be assisting the Franchise and Wholesale teams in securing accounting and manage invoicing of partners to our client. On top of working in daily operations and monthly closings a key delivery within the team is a constant focus on driving improvements such as business processes and technical development. We believe that you are a true team player and have a can-do attitude who thrives in an evolving landscape.
Some examples of your responsibilities:
Just like everyone at our client, we believe you are a service minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Cooperation between Accounts Payable and Account Receivable functions to optimize efficiency will be important. Supporting between different accounting areas is included in the assignment.
* Have technical skills, basic understanding of working in an IT landscape/environment

- Invoicing of partner sales
- Invoice cost, royalty and fees to Franchise partners
- Follow up open receivables
- Support internal and external stakeholders with reports and statements
- Manage monthly cuts
- Balance account reconciliations
- Ad-hoc tasks related to accounting

- Degree within Business Administration & Economics (or similar)
- Minimum 1 year experience within Accounting/Accounts Receivables
- Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
