Working Foreman / Site Supervisor - Concrete & Formwork, Bergen

Skuteviken Personell AS is seeking a structured and proactive Site Supervisor with experience from concrete and formwork projects

This is a great opportunity to take responsibility for leading teams on exciting construction projects in Bergen and the surrounding area. You will play a key role in ensuring progress, quality and safety on site.

Responsibilities:

. Lead and coordinate daily work on-site

. Follow up project schedules and ensure timely progress

. Order and manage materials (concrete, reinforcement steel, etc.)

. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures

. Keep checklists and required documentation updated

. Participate in site meetings and maintain good communication with all stakeholders

Desired qualifications:

. Experience as site supervisor, foreman, or similar role in concrete/formwork

. Strong knowledge of construction processes and HSE standards

. Driver's license (B)

. Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or English language skills
