As a Wholesale Operations Coordinator at Acne Studios HQ in Stockholm, you support the global wholesale business by ensuring operational accuracy, smooth cross functional collaboration, and dependable support to our external partners. Your work enables efficient order handling and goods distribution to wholesale partners worldwide, and it contributes directly to partner satisfaction and the overall performance of the wholesale channel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Wholesale Operations Coordinator, your main contribution is to secure efficient order and shipping management and ensure that our wholesale partners receive their deliveries on time. Your work will support partner satisfaction and reliable delivery execution by:
  • Handling daily wholesale operations and order flows, including shipment and returns processes
  • Providing operational support across departments and collaborating with Wholesale, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Completing ad-hoc administrative tasks in response to partner needs, such as delivery schedules, guideline communication, and general support
  • Contributing to department objectives, including delivery performance targets and service levels set by the Commercial department

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
  • A bachelor's degree in any field, as well as experience in customer service or logistics, is considered meriting
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem solving abilities
  • Clear communication skills and a strong service mindset
  • Proficiency in Acne Studios IT landscape, including ERP (Dynamics D365), WMS, BI QlikView, Centric PLM, and MS Office with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, with additional language skills seen as an advantage
