We are seeking qualified Welders (Process 111 and 141) to join our teams on active construction and industrial projects across Sweden and Europe.

Candidates must be ready to start work immediately on-site and demonstrate solid experience in welding, assembly, and maintenance within civil, industrial, or energy projects.

Main Responsibilities

Perform welding tasks using SMAW (111) and GTAW/TIG (141) processes

Read and interpret drawings, WPS, and technical instructions

Conduct fit-up, alignment, and preparation of materials before welding

Perform visual inspection and assist with NDT coordination when required

Follow HSE procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Collaborate closely with supervisors, inspectors, and assembly teams

Requirements

Certified or proven experience as a Welder (111 and/or 141 process)

Experience in structural steel, piping, or heavy civil/industrial projects

Ability to read technical drawings and follow welding procedures (WPS)

High attention to quality, safety, and precision

English required; Swedish or another European language is an advantage

EU work eligibility preferred - Work permit sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates
