LiveLofoten AS is a growing hotel and restaurant operation located in the heart of Lofoten. With an increasing number of bookings, we are now seeking reliable and experienced waiters/waitresses who want to become part of our professional team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a unique and scenic environment where the guest experience is always the top priority.

Responsibilities

Welcome and guide guests through a professional and memorable dining experience

Serve food and beverages during à la carte dinners, breakfast buffets, and our seafood safaris

Maintain order, cleanliness, and good structure in the restaurant area

Collaborate with the kitchen and reception to ensure an efficient and seamless service flow

Assist in other areas of the operation when needed, such as the bar or housekeeping during high season

Qualifications

Experience from similar work is an advantage

Strong work ethic and good flexibility

Confident in guest interaction and committed to high-quality service

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

References from previous employers are required
