About the Assignment
You will join a Brand Experience Design team and contribute to the development of physical brand touchpoints across global markets. In this role, you work at the intersection of interior architecture, visual merchandising, and brand experience-translating brand identity into spatial concepts, materials, furniture, and environments. You will support projects from early concept development to technical documentation and on-site implementation, balancing creative ambition with feasibility and cost awareness in an international, high-end context.
Job DescriptionDevelop interior and visual concepts for brand experience environments, retail, and exhibitions
Translate brand identity into material palettes, furniture concepts, layouts, and spatial narratives
Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders for internal alignment and stakeholder communication
Produce conceptual and technical design documentation to support execution
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as brand, retail, procurement, and external suppliers
Support on-site implementation and coordination for international projects
Identify risks early and propose cost-effective, design-led solutions
Requirements3+ years of professional experience in interior, spatial, or architectural design
Experience designing for public, commercial, hospitality, or luxury retail environments
Experience working in international design studio settings across Europe and Asia
Proven ability to drive work from concept to execution
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, and V-Ray and/or 3ds Max
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience producing both conceptual and technical design material
Strong visual sensibility with attention to materiality, detailing, and construction
Fluent English, spoken and written
Driver's license
Willingness to travel internationally when needed
Nice to haveCultural awareness of Chinese and Northern European contexts
