The Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineer is responsible for helping development teams understand what to test and how to test it efficiently, both for new and existing functionality. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, have a technical background, preferably within autonomous technology, and be able to understand the different domain challenges. They should also have an eye for details and be clear and efficient in both written and spoken language. The V&V Engineer should be determined, have a good analytical mind, and enjoy working in a team.
You will

• Review verification specifications for quality and completeness
• Plan test activities on the test track
• Work with development teams to develop high-quality verification content
• Provide input to the strategic V&V development plan
• Summarize and report on progress and results from release testing activities

We expect you to:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in verification and validation of software-controlled systems
• Experience in autonomous systems is a strong plus
• Experience in virtual verification methods such as SIL, HIL, and simulation
• Good understanding of how different verification methods can be applied to increase the efficiency of the verification process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
