UX/UI Designer Consultant (Senior)

Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality UI/UX designs for the workplace experience and waste management tools.
* Utilize an existing initial design system to develop exceptional designs for both internal and external users.
* Execute all design process tasks, adhering to the company's version of the double diamond methodology.
* Collaborate effectively with development teams, business stakeholders, and users throughout the design lifecycle.
* Maintain focus and organization while managing tasks efficiently.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Your Background
* 4-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
* Solid understanding of corporate design processes and experience working within large corporations.
* Familiarity with accessibility needs (WCAG, ADA) is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Proficient and confident in using Adobe XD.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Self-assured, proactive, and possesses a good spirit and sense of humor.
* Ability to self-organize and manage workload effectively.
* Proficient in English.
