Assignment Description:

We are looking for a UX Researcher with strong focus on Research Operations (ResearchOps)

What you will work on:

Build and improve ResearchOps processes, structures, and workflows

Evaluate, implement, and manage research tools and platforms

Create systems for storing, sharing, and using research insights

Establish sustainable processes for participant recruitment and consent

Support and train designers and researchers in research methods and tools

Advise design leadership on research strategy, processes, and operations

Collaborate with stakeholders across business and product areas

Use AI tools to support research planning, analysis, and insight generation

What you bring:

Several years of experience in UX research, preferably with ResearchOps focus

Strong knowledge of research tools, data management, and insight-sharing practices

Experience building research processes in larger organizations

Good understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods

Experience using AI tools across the research lifecycle

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Swedish

Self-driven, structured, and proactive working style

Strong pedagogical skills and ability to enable others to succeed
