Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer

What You Will Work On

Drive UX work across multiple agile product teams.

Understand complex user journeys, systems, and organizational needs.

Translate user insights and research into clear design solutions.

Plan and conduct usability testing and user research activities.

Create user-centered designs aligned with business and product goals.

Ensure consistent user experiences across channels and digital products.

Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders.

Provide guidance and recommendations on UX-related decisions.

Contribute to continuous improvement of design practices within the organization.

What You Bring

At least four years of experience working as a UX Designer.

Experience working independently in complex organizations.

Ability to build trust quickly with teams and stakeholders.

Experience designing for employee systems or internal tools.

Strong capability to drive the design process from insight to delivery.

Experience working in agile environments, preferably using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to combine operational delivery with strategic UX thinking.
