Above is looking for talented UX Design Interns to join the creative team based in our Stockholm or Malmö studio from August/September '26. Our internships are always on-site for best exposure to our processes and collaboration. We require a minimum duration of 6 months to really get to know each other, with a good possibility of continuing in a junior designer role .

Job Description

As a UX Design Intern you will be an integral part of our design team, shaping cutting-edge design and innovation projects for some of the world's most exciting brands. You will have the opportunity to proactively contribute to all stages of the design process, from research to concept definition, from digital prototyping to crafting compelling experiences.

Our work is exciting and diverse in nature, defining and crafting digital experiences for apps, websites and HMI within various different industries, from smart home devices, robotics, future mobility experiences, progressive healthcare solutions and many more. What we are looking for

• Someone with strong conceptual thinking and get existed by the unknowns.

• A fluid toolbox and "I can learn that!" mindset.

• User-centered design approach and experience performing qualitative users research.

• Aesthetic sensibility and able to express ideas and tell stories.

• Hands-on mentality and experience with AI-enabled workflows and prototyping.

• Like to take a holistic approach to product experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints. Interaction design knowledge is a plus.

• Work with a structured design process and rationale, making it easy for peers to understand and build upon your work.

• Most importantly, you are humble, self-driven and someone who thrives in multi-disciplinary project teams.

This is not a 1-1 checklist, we are also very much interested in receiving applications from individuals that bridge disciplines or have unique profiles in-between the traditional molds - let's talk!
