Urgent Opening: Axis Graduate Program - Supply Chain & Data Transformation (Start August 2026)
Job Description
What's in it for you?
The Axis Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to collaborate, achieve, and grow both personally and professionally. You will be challenged, gain a deep understanding of Axis, and find joy in working with cross-functional teams. The program is designed to align with both Axis' needs and your aspirations. You get a permanent employment when you start Axis Graduate Program.
Are you a student in your final year or a recent graduate looking to take your first steps in your career? Seize the chance and apply to the Axis Graduate Programs - starting already August 2026.
Who are we?
At Axis, we innovate for a smarter, safer world. We have delivered steady growth over the past years and aim to accelerate this growth while expanding our business cost-effectively. To achieve this, we need to work smarter with the help of technology.
We are surrounded by great colleagues, and our culture is characterized by openness, curiosity and trust. We care about your individual progress and about you as a person. We love what we do, and we believe you will too.
And what is Operations and Axis' Supply Chain?
Operations is the part of Axis' organization responsible for the supply and distribution of our products. Today, we are over 500 people within Operations, based in Lund at our headquarters, interacting with other Axis departments and a worldwide network of customers, distributors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
We are on a growth journey that includes complex change management in our operations and global supply chain. To share and maintain data effectively in our entire End to End Supply Chain, from component to customer, is a crucial capability going forward. We need robust and accurate data to gain insights, to automate and take predictive decisions. This is a complex and vast area where we believe our future graduates will play an important part. We are looking for talents who want to be a part of shaping our future capabilities connected to data, technology and Supply Chain transformation.
What will you do?
The Graduate Program runs for 18 months and consists of three different rotations. For our 2026 program, we have identified below areas based on our current strategies and future direction, all in the context of our End to End Supply Chain. Your program design and area of responsibility will depend on the business need, your passion and competencies.
The last rotation of the Graduate Program will be internationally focused, where you will be based outside of Sweden. Previous graduates have spent time in Prague, supporting our sister company in their planning processes, while others have worked in Taiwan and Japan, closely with our manufacturing sites.
You will be given a personal area of responsibility and are expected to take ownership and deliver strong results. In addition to your functional managers, you will be assigned a mentor to support and guide you throughout the program, and in your personal growth journey.
What happens after the Graduate Program?
In your future role, you will work closely with several stakeholders to fully understand their issues, create and implement strategies for change, and turn data into value. The Graduate Program will give you thorough training to take on these new challenges and opportunities.
Your willingness to work in a global and ever-changing environment makes us a perfect match. We are under constant development, and exactly what part of Axis or geographical region you end up in depends on your interests, ambitions, and where Axis needs you the most.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate with exceptional academic results and outstanding references. You have a global mindset, thrive in diverse cultural settings, and might have lived or studied abroad. You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, and you possess full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in Swedish and additional languages will be considered an advantage.
You hold at least a Master's degree in Data or Systems Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or a related discipline, and have graduated recently or are about to graduate when the program begins.
The recruitment process
This is an unique opportunity and we need you to be able to start already August 2026. The recruitment process will be immediate, but at the same time thorough. After a first round of reviews and interviews, selected candidates will be assessed with both numerical and logical tests but also with case based tests on site.
