Background

R&D operates a broad digital landscape with 200+ existing products and solutions maintained by multiple product teams. To improve usability, productivity, and delivery speed, our client needs to strengthen UX/UI capabilities across these teams.

The engagement focuses onenhancing and evolving existing digital products, not greenfield development.

Scope of Work

UX/UI Design Capacity

• Provision of multiple UX/UI designers across varying seniority levels
• Designers embedded in R&D product teams as needs arise
• Work includes usability improvements, feature refinements, and prototyping of incremental changes

Design Governance

• Work must align with established design standards, an existing digital design system, regulatory constraints, and current technical architectures

Objective

The objective is to reduce internal management overhead while ensuring consistent, high-quality UX/UI delivery across multiple R&D products through a single, accountable design partner.
