About the Role

We are looking for a Turkish-speaking AI Specialist to support our upcoming projects involving AI-driven systems, automation tools, and data-driven workflows. You will help design, test, and implement AI solutions, evaluate model outputs, and support the development of automation processes that improve internal efficiency and client delivery.

In addition to the core AI and automation work, the role also includes a smaller but important executive support component. You will assist senior team members with preparing meeting materials, maintaining project documentation, coordinating follow-ups, organising tasks and timelines, and supporting communication with Turkish-speaking stakeholders when needed, ensuring that projects move smoothly towards company goals.

You will work closely with management and contribute to both technical execution and project coordination, making this a versatile role for someone who enjoys combining technology and cross-cultural communication.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, researching, and implementing AI solutions tailored to client needs.

• Build and test AI automation workflows to optimise internal operations and project delivery.

• Prepare, clean, and structure datasets for model fine-tuning, classification, tagging, and evaluation.

• Prepare client-facing documentation, project notes, and support coordination of internal tasks.

• Analyse datasets and provide structured feedback on model performance and project progress.

• Conduct market research in the MENA region, identify potential clients, prepare onboarding materials, and initiate conversations with qualified leads.

• Support communication and coordination with Turkish-speaking clients and partners.

• Test prototypes, tools, and automation workflows to ensure functionality and reliability.

• Contribute to quality assurance processes and the continuous improvement of AI products and internal systems.

• Assist management with presentations and meeting materials, including graphics and infographics, and use AI-based content generation tools to simplify and visualise complex information when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Native-level Turkish and advanced English, both spoken and written, with proven experience of developing AI-projects for Turkish speaking clients.

• Practical experience with AI tools and APIs, including at least one of the following models: OpenAI, Claude, Llama, or Gemini.

• Experience working with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.

• Familiarity with AI workflow builders (e.g., LangChain, Flowise, or similar low-code AI systems) - preferred but not required.

• Ability to analyse information, follow technical instructions, and document work clearly.

• Basic ability to follow and modify simple Python scripts when needed.

• Ability to prepare and organise datasets (CSV, JSON, text corpora) for evaluation or training.

• Experience or familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the ability to understand how AI tools integrate with business systems.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to understand both technical and business requirements to support product development and client goals.

• Understanding of software development workflows (Git, versioning, basic debugging).

• Ability to use presentation tools and AI content-generation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Notion AI, Midjourney, or similar) to create clear visuals, graphics, and infographics for internal and client-facing materials.

• Prior experience in AI consulting or entrepreneurship is a strong plus.

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks in a fast-moving technical environment.
