Join our Cash Management and Operations team as a Treasury Analyst on a12-month contract!

In this role, you will play an important part in our global treasury operations, working with financial transactions, cash concentration, access rights management, and continuous process improvements.

Group Treasury is the Epiroc Group's competence center for financial risk and cash management. We are responsible for securing the Group's external funding and managing financial risks, while also supporting the business in areas such as currency risk, funding, netting and cash management.

Your mission



You will support the team in areas of treasury operations and global cash management processes, including:

Reporting

• 
  Confirming and settling financial payments
  

• 
  Performing bank reconciliations and supporting the monthly closing process
  

• 
  Running the monthly netting, including system maintenance and integration of new Group companies
  

• 
  Following up on cash and bank positions, with a strong emphasis on cash centralization
  

Cash management & compliance

• 
  Bank account management in both Nordic and international banks
  

• 
  Cash pool administration
  

• 
  Ensuring transfer pricing compliance
  

• 
  Managing access rights across e-banking platforms
  

• 
  Conducting bank fee analysis
  

• 
  Supporting card program integrations
  

Collaboration & continuous improvement

• 
  Driving automation, efficiency, and process improvements within Treasury
  

Your profile



To thrive in this role, you bring:

• 
  2-4 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, or related finance functions
  

• 
  Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant higher education
  

• 
  Solid understanding of financial instruments and the role of Treasury
  

• 
  Proven experience working with banks - ideally both Nordic and international - including account administration, cash management processes, and e-banking platforms
  

• 
  Hands-on experience with Treasury Systems (TS), Coprocess, Nomentia, or similar tools
  

• 
  Strong interest in technology, with a drive to support automation and digitalization initiatives
  

• 
  Excellent verbal and written English skills

This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
