Are you ready for your next challenge? We are looking for a new colleague to join our Cash Management and Operations team as a Treasury Analyst Operations.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will play a key role in managing daily financial operations, overseeing internal netting processes, and leading impactful projects.

Group Treasury is the Epiroc Group's competence center for financial risk and cash management. The function is responsible for securing the Group's external funding and managing all financial risks. Group Treasury also supports the business in all matters related to currency risk, funding, netting and cash management.

You will belong to a team of ~10 persons, often working with tight deadlines, so we appreciate a flexible mindset with a willingness to help each other when needed.
Your mission
As a Treasury Analyst Operations, your work will be a mix of daily operations, process improvements, and project-based initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of treasury transactions while also contributing to automation efforts and digital transformation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily and monthly Treasury transactions, including financial payments, CSA settlements, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Leading the internal netting process, overseeing monthly activities, system maintenance, process improvements, onboarding new participants, and training group companies.
Supporting global cash management tasks such as bank account administration, cash pool operations, access rights management, and approvals.
Driving process optimization, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency to enhance treasury operations.
Leading and participating in projects, including integrating newly acquired companies and collaborating with Group Companies, Regional Centers of Excellence, and other key stakeholders.
Your profile
You are a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional with a strong interest in financial systems and process optimization. You thrive in a structured environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are always looking for ways to improve workflows. With a mix of analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, you're ready to take ownership of tasks while contributing to a dynamic team.
Experience: A few years in Operations and Cash Management, with knowledge of Treasury functions and financial instruments.
Education: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Systems & process improvement mindset: You have a keen interest in financial systems and finding smarter ways to enhance efficiency.
Detail-focused & proactive: You work with accuracy and structure while identifying opportunities for system and process enhancements.
Independent yet collaborative: You take ownership of your work while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Strong communicator: You confidently interact with stakeholders across functions and countries, and have excellent English skills.
Location and travel
This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden. Occasional travel is included in this position.
