Our Traveler Experience (TX) team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Counsellor to join our client team. Counsellors work in a high-paced service environment to book travel and accommodation for our top clients.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)

• Proactively offer the best options based on client travel policy and requirements for each interaction

• Respond to requests (phone, email) promptly, completely, and professionally

• Handle a wide range of bookings from simple ones to complex bookings with potentially non-standard and multi-destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares

• Make changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before the travel

• Assignments include both routine and non-routine work

• Benefit from comprehensive training by experienced colleagues and use our social intranet to always stay up to date.

• Must be a "Team Player" and work cohesively with others internally and externally

Qualifications

The experience and attributes we're looking for in new team members include:

• 5 or more years' experience working as a Travel Consultant

• Advanced knowledge of Amadeus

• A genuine passion for high-quality customer service - we care about our customers and it's important to us that you do too

• Professional verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English

• Strong teamworking skills

• Be curious and enjoy continuously evolving working place

• Strong attention to detail

• Successful candidate must be a Sweden resident
