Information about the position

Professionals Nord is, on behalf of Sobi, looking for a Transport & Trade Compliance Coordinator. You will work as a consultant through our staffing business for approximately 12 months.

Work tasks

This is a varied and developmental role where you will be a key part of securing the entire supply chain for temperature-sensitive medicines. You will work both operationally and in a coordinating role, closely collaborating with internal and external partners.Your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinate international shipments of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products

Plan and monitor transport flows in collaboration with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal stakeholders

Maintain transport schedules and handle deviations, NC's and CAPA follow-up

Support invoice handling and follow-up on transportation costs

Build and maintain strong relationships with external logistics partners

Ensure that all transports are executed according to regulations such as GxP, customs legislation and export control

We are looking for

University degree within logistics, supply chain, international trade or similar

Experience working with logistics of cold chain / temperature-controlled products

Fluent in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing

Very good computer skills and ability to work in digital systems

It is meritorious if you

Have experience from the pharmaceutical industry

Have worked with customs procedures or international shipping regulations
