Are you a structured and proactive individual with a passion for logistics and administration? We are looking for a Transport and Logistics Administrator to join our team and support both our project department and customers with essential documentation and coordination.

How you'll make an impact
Collaborate with the project department and assist customers with documentation such as summaries, packing lists, and dangerous goods declarations.
Handle orders and purchases, primarily in Ariba.
Compile and maintain reports.
Manage customs documentation and processes.
Book and coordinate transport solutions.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Handle various procurement tasks.
Read and interpret technical drawings.
Your background
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly billing transactions.
Understanding of customs procedures.
Experience with SAP billing.
Knowledge of MTA (Material Tracking & Administration).
