Join Our Team as a Training Roster Maintenance Planner!Are you passionate about aviation and love working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As a Training Roster Maintenance Planner, you'll play a vital role in making sure our crew complete all necessary training and are kept flying.
Challenges you will work on
In this position, you'll be responsible for maintaining and updating training plans after rosters are released to our crew. When training needs change, you'll step in to replan and optimize crew training, ensuring compliance and readiness for all crew in our three AOC's, mainly focusing on pilots.
Your work will involve close collaboration with training departments, instructors, and students from our three AOC's, as well as our external training providers. You'll use advanced tools, including our Jeppesen Crew Management System, to keep everything running smoothly.
You'll also collaborate closely with your great colleagues to refine our processes and procedures, drive continuous improvement in training planning and focus on cost, while keeping flight safety as the top priority for our operation.

The Team
You will be part of an experience training planning team and including you the team consists of about 15 individuals including one head of and one team leader. To be successful, we believe you have
• Previous relevant experience (e.g. crew planning, training planning, crew training, people logistics etc., either from the airline industry or another relevant industry) where experience of working in a day of operation environment is further meriting.
• Knowledge of Jeppesen CMS-suite and good understanding of flight safety and FTL/OM-A is highly meriting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make effective decisions in a dynamic environment
• Structured and can keep track of details while at the same time keeping a wider perspective
• Dynamic, outgoing and high degree of drive
• Good communication skills both written and oral, and it is meriting if you understand the Scandinavian languages
• Fully proficient in Office 365 with focus on Excel
